Service Description

Mindfulness meditation Saturday morning's at 9:00 AM CST. Each class will be no longer than 30 minutes, with the intention to help you feel comfortable being in your body, feeling a moment of peace, and creating clarity as you go into your day. No experience required. The class space will close promptly at 8:05 AM. Please be prepared by finding a quiet space where you will not be disturbed. Your camera will be off, my camera will be on. You will be guided through the entire meditation, with moments of silence.
