Embodiment Coach • Philosopher • Speaker

Whitney Sause is a transformational coach and philosopher devoted to helping people cultivate inner strength, emotional intelligence, and authentic leadership. With over eight years of dedicated meditation and yoga practice, a 500-hour YTT certification from India, and extensive studies in Zen Buddhism, psychology, and somatic embodiment, Whitney bridges ancient wisdom and modern psychology to guide others toward clarity, calm, and courageous self-expression.

Her unique framework: Pause, Feel, Reflect, Choose
Distills complex human development into accessible, life-changing steps. Clients describe her work as a blend of mindfulness, philosophy, and nervous system mastery that helps them see themselves clearly, regulate deeply, and act from integrity rather than fear.

Whitney’s teachings
draw from 14 years practicing yoga, her studies with spiritual teacher Robert Brumet, as well as influences from Alan Watts, Wayne Dyer, and psycho-cybernetics. She weaves together insights from philosophy, trauma healing, leadership, sociology, and marketing psychology to illuminate how conditioning shapes identity, and how awareness dissolves illusion.

As a lifelong seeker turned embodied teacher, Whitney has lived what she teaches. Her global travels and immersion in diverse cultures have refined her understanding of human nature, while her personal journey through self-doubt, emotional reactivity, and existential questioning has made her a grounded, compassionate presence for others in transformation.

People trust Whitney because
she doesn’t teach from theory, she teaches from embodiment.
She doesn’t position herself above her clients, she walks beside them, guiding them back to their own inner authority and alignment.

Her mission is simple:
To awaken conscious, self-responsible, emotionally intelligent leaders who move through life with peace, purpose, and power.
